Land

The total surface of the Business Park is 186 ha and is in the framework of the environmental plan of the Municipality of Lendava. 50 ha of disposable area and 16 ha of land with communal infrastructure is offered for investors. Properties of 2000 m2 are available for the investors and can be on their request combined into larger units. The land is owned by the Municipality of Lendava. Support for investors is offered by the Business park Lendava management.

Buildings

An entrepreneurial incubator operates in the Business Park. It has office and manufacturing premises of 3,657 m2 with all the necessary infrastructure (electricity, water supply, gas, heating, air-conditioning, telephone, sewage system, waste disposal, parking place, access road, freight elevator) at its disposal. The building is owned by the Public Development Fund Lendava. 

The most important fields in the Business Park are: the refinery, chemical industry, construction, metal processing industry and logistics.
